How to take care your car in monsoon

Maintaining the functionality and safety of your car throughout the monsoon season is essential. The following are some vital pointers to remember:

1. Inspect and swap out the wipers: Make sure the wipers on your windshield are in good shape. Change them out for fresh ones if they leave streaks or create noise. Think about using wipers made for a lot of rain.

2. Examine the tires: Verify the tire's tread depth. Tires that are worn out might decrease traction and raise the possibility of hydroplaning. Make sure your tires are inflated correctly, and if it's raining, think about switching to tires with more traction.

3. Check Brakes: Regularly have your brake system examined. For safety in wet weather, brakes that are in good working order are essential. Keep an ear out for any strange sounds and act quickly.

4. Check Lighting: Make that your car's headlights, taillights, and indicators are all functioning. For visibility and to alert other vehicles, proper illumination is crucial.

5. Inspect Battery: The monsoon season may be particularly hard on the battery in your car. Make sure it is in good working order, and if it is older than a few years, think about getting it checked.

6. Examine the Air Conditioning Unit: The AC system aids in preventing moisture and fog from getting on the windshield. Make sure it's operating efficiently, and if not, think about having it serviced.

7. Keep the Right Fluids in Place: Inspect and replenish vital fluids, including as coolant and windshield washer fluid. Make sure the reservoir for the windshield washer fluid is full, and choose a fluid meant for rainy conditions.

8. Clean the underbelly: Keep your car's underbelly clean on a regular basis to get rid of dirt, grime, and salt that can lead to corrosion and rust.

9. Avoid Puddles: Steer clear of deep puddles and flooded regions when driving. Water can seriously harm your car, including the engine and electrical systems.
